Blank Atlas Limited ("we," "our," or "us") provides MyMangaLibrary ("the App") subject to these Terms of Use. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. This agreement is between you and Blank Atlas Limited only — not with Apple, Inc.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the App or any part of it.
The App is free to download and includes core library management features. Certain features — including cloud backup and sync — require a MyMangaLibrary Premium subscription.
Available plans:
- Monthly Plan: billed monthly
- Annual Plan: billed annually
Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store at time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions).
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your manga library data belongs to you. By enabling cloud sync, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide that service. We do not use your library data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
The App connects to third-party services to provide certain features. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party service, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of metadata retrieved from third-party services, or for any interruption to the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Subject to the above, Blank Atlas Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
You acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and Blank Atlas Limited, not Apple
- Blank Atlas Limited, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; any such obligations rest solely with Blank Atlas Limited
- Any warranty obligations not disclaimed by these Terms rest solely with Blank Atlas Limited, not Apple
- Blank Atlas Limited, not Apple, is responsible for any product liability or consumer protection claims relating to the App
- In the event of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the App, Blank Atlas Limited, not Apple, is responsible for investigation, defence, and settlement
- You will comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
